This magnificent structure was constructed during the rule of Wodeyar dynasty, in the year 1956. The house is fabulous for its structure and architecture. The building looks spectacular with illumination, on every Sunday.
Tipu Sultan’s Palace: Tipu Sultan palace is the grand palace situated near Albert Victor Road in Bangalore. The replica of the Daria Daulat Bagh in Srirangapattana Tipu Sultan palace was the summer retreat of Tipu Sultan. This two-storied magnificent structure was called as Envy of Heaven by the king. After Tipu Sultan’s death the palace was used as an administrative building by the British. Now it’s a famous visitor’s attraction, the palace is open to visitors from Saturday to Thursday. Entry is based on tickets.
Attar Kacheri: Attar Kacheri, the two storeyed red building is the high court of the state of Karnataka. The building known for its excellent interiors and fabulous exteriors was completed in the year 1864. On the ceiling of its Central Hall, there is the portrait of Sir Mark Cubbon, commissioner of Mysore. Statue of Sir Mark Cubbon situated just behind the building was designed by Baron Marochetti.
